As Chief Information Officer at FJA, Carl combines deep insurance knowledge and software engineering expertise to help carriers modernize and solve complex business challenges. Since 2000, he has led key innovations, including architecting FJA’s Product Machine Platform, and remains focused on aligning technology with market needs. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to customer empowerment, Carl drives efficiency, agility, and long-term value for FJA’s global clients. Carl has a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from one of Germany’s three Schools of Excellence, Achen University of Technology.
