Since 2013, she has worked at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and operations, bringing clarity and structure to complex programs. At FJA, Michelle supports multiple Agile Release Trains across global teams, partnering across functions to drive efficient delivery and reinforce Agile best practices. With a background in program management, Agile coaching, and organizational leadership, Michelle leads with empathy, accountability, and a focus on sustainable, high-impact outcomes.
