Kim is an accomplished senior business leader with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence and organizational transformation across healthcare, diagnostics, software, professional services, tourism, and non-profit sectors. She has supported companies ranging in size from 50 to 12,000 employees throughout the United States, consistently delivering results through strategic vision and people-focused leadership.

After previously working at FJA, Kim chose to return, drawn by the collaborative culture and strong team dynamic. In her current role as Director of Operations, she oversees a broad range of functions, including human resources, payroll, finance, real estate, and general operations. Kim values authentic connections, believes in the power of teamwork, and is dedicated to making a positive impact through thoughtful, empathetic leadership.
